I ordered 2 WD Black P10 5TB external drives on 2 December and status says ‘In process’ for a couple of days now. I wrote support an email and no response, I tried to call support on the contact number of my country and answering machine says ‘your call can’t be answered right now, please try again later’!!! All my previous drives are WD, do you guys don’t want to sell me any WD drives anymore? Did I bought too many? What’s going on, please advise?
UPDATE : after sending a warranty ticket through the registration of one of my other WD disks with the message it was immediately noticed, the ordered drives where sent out and received next day.
