I have been looking for a long time now trying to find how to restore my backup from my external hard drive to my computer since it just erased by techical support because they can’t do the simple service of backing up my data prior to repairs and restoring it afterwards (I’m not naming names because they all do it to the best of my knowledge… except the ones whos job it is to recover data).
I have just reinstalled windows 7 because the technial support put vista on instead as if anyone would pick vista over 7. I tried to restore all my files to their original spots using the software and it isn’t giving me that option. It would have been nice to find an easy to find and use fix, say a bootable cd that will restore my computer for me while it isn’t mounted but I can’t find anything on the page or the internet for this.
