We all come across products we love from time to time, can’t live without them, and endlessly promote them because we’re so passionate about the product that we need to share it with everybody. This is not one of those products, in fact the WD My Cloud Home is one of the most disappointing products I’ve ever come across. The latest problem is with adding users. I share an album with someone, the person tries to log into the My Cloud Home app on their iphone. They log in and it asks if this is a new or existing My Cloud device, the person answers existing, and then gets a message that the device is already setup and they need to ask the owner for an invite. They were invited, that’s how they got there in the first place.
I hate this product.
