Cannot invite the other user

I just started to set up my cloud home. I tried to invite the other users on Andriod app, iOS app, on web, the app message always show that the invitation mail was sent successfully. But no one receive the mail, I tried the mailbox on serveral mail server like outlook.com. Also, I cannot find the mail in the junk mail folder.

Please tell me how I can invite the user. Thanks.

You should do a power cycle of My Cloud Home device then try to invite user. You may refer below link for assistance:
