When i creat shared folder, it is not appear for users

when i create a sherd folder it is appear in the folder shared page in webbased configuration for WD SHARESPACE 4TB,

but when i go to run and type the ip address for WD SHARESPACE nothing apper only one folder it is name configuration

i do not know what is that i just got it before 2 days and i face alot of problem with it pls help.

The share you created is one level down from the main drive. It should sit alongside public.
