What is this strange sound from my WD Red Plus 6T

Sorry I don’t know how to describe the sound. Please check the video link and the sound comes at 2s–3s.
The sound is regular, it comes every 11–12 minutes. I manually logged the time for 3hrs-ish when I was working beside it.

Trying my best to describe it, it sounds like the HDD is unbalanced, got perturbed, and then restarted the spinning. But I didn’t feel any unusual vibration when by touching the disk when the sound came.

What could be the problem? Is this normal?
