WD Red Prod 18 TB - Is this a normal noise

Hello,

I just bought a WD Red Pro 18TB, every 15 minutes there is a strong vibration.
Note that Windows power management is configured to never put drives into sleep mode.
Attached is an audio sample, the noise begins at the 13th second.

I am curious to know what is the cause: S.M.A.R.T check, Head parking, … and is there a way to reduce the occurrences (HDPARM maybe, I don’t know enough to know if it’s safe)
