I’ve had the absolute worst experience ordering from the Western Digital Online Store. One of the 14 TB drives is dead on arrival, and I’ve been waiting for over a week for a replacement with no status. Calling doesn’t help and they view it as warranty service rather than a brand new item.

Does anyone know of a way to escalate issues? I’m about to contact my credit card company.

They opened a warranty case for a brand new drive (!!!) that was dead on arrival. Is there a way to escalate this issue and speak with someone? Frustrated
