Western Digital Online Store

I’ve had the absolute worst experience ordering from the Western Digital Online Store. One of the 14 TB drives is dead on arrival, and I’ve been waiting for over a week for a replacement with no status. Calling doesn’t help and they view it as warranty service rather than a brand new item.

Does anyone know of a way to escalate issues? I’m about to contact my credit card company.
