I am sorry to say that the support I receive from Western Digital Customer support team is pathetic. My western digital drive became unusable within a few months of purchase. I have lost all my data. I had requested for a replacement drive and handed over the drive to their authorized centre on 21st Aug 2021. I haven’t received the replacement drive yet. I have done numerous escalation but they do not even have the courtesy to call back.
Considering all the ordeal which I am going through I would definitely not advice any Western Digital product to any of my friends & family members in the future.
