We can't see plex content

I have a WD My Cloud Duo and I have follow all the steps to activate Plex on my Smart TV and my Web App but I can’t see any of the content. I can see the files on the Duo Plex folder and they work but I can’t see them on the WebApp in the browser or the TV.
