Plex Folder

After configuring Plex as per the instructions, I’m still unable to access my Plex folder in My Cloud Home.

My Cloud Home is name Bear in the pic attached. I noticed that the folders under Bear do not have “Plex” on it.

Tried a few times configuring it but to no avail.

Appreciate your help.

That’s exactly what I did. No issues at all configuring it.

Just that what appears on the Plex page, is like the screenshot I attached. No “Plex” worded folder as shown in the instructions.

Kinda puzzling.

Content can be added and view in Plex folder and sub folder thru My Cloud Home app or pc.

Plex folder however is not available in Plex App

I have those plex folders in my cloud home. But they are missing in Plex app somehow.
