Wdmycloudex2 shows only 1 hd 2tb in finder but 4tb on the dashboard

Have mycloudex2 with 2 hd 2tb in dashboard it shows 4 tb
in finder on my iMac it shows only 2tb
I tested the drives and there ok so what could be the problem.
the mycloudex2 is formatted as jbod!

If your Dashboard says 4tb . and you have 2x 2tb then yes it is configured as JBOD.

YOu need to go to storage section and share the snaps like this.
