my brother have an wdmycloud but it will not connect to the intrnet, hes speed is 5G is that the problem?
Why have you created two topics for the same problem? Has he read the User Manual and how is his device connected? Who is his Internet Service Provider (ISP), What modem, router, computers does he have?
