S I get a popup saying hd will fail as a result of SMART test error as follows

Extended test finds no errors.

Is drive reliable or not ?

Hi, can you please share the complete SMART information? If you are using the drive in a laptop I would get a USB to SATA connection and try in a different computer and see if the same happens. If you are using the drive on a desktop computer, I would connect the drive in a different SATA port and/or with a different SATA cable.
