I recently ran into a hard drive issue with one of the servers I was working on. Below is the output of the test I ran on the hard drive.  Is there any fix, or should I RMA it? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

The results show the drive has failed the Smart test. I recommend you get this drive replaced.
