Quick test result: failed

I have just completed the Date Lifeguard Diagnostic Quick Test for my WD Green HD, and here is the result:

What can I do to repair this hard disk?

Can I get an RMA?

Do I need to pack my HD if I choose the courier pickup service?
Can I just pass the HD to them without any packing?

Hi yes you need to pack it and put your information on the outside of the box . RMA number your return address, also I type up a letter for inside the box with my information and RMA number just to make sure they see it.
