Hi,
I am trying to use my My Passport external drive having model Number wdbs4b0020bbk but it is not getting detected. Once I plugin the hard disk’s LED light is on, and I can feel the drive spinning, but it shows up neither in my Windows Explorer or in the Device Management. Upon checking WD website they are mentioning the support for this device is no longer available. Can someone help me to detect this legacy device?
