My Passport - Device not detecting in Win 8/10

I have bought My passport (2TB) external hard disk on last October. For past couple of months, the device is not detected in my laptops (windows 8 and 10). The device is running and the light is blinking. But it is not showing in “My computer” in any drives. The hard disk has some data loaded on it. Any help on this is highly appreciated.

Thanks Brandon. I have did all the possible solutions provided on the link. Nothing is working out. I’m going to raise a RMA to replace my disk as it is only 7 months old and it is under warrenty.
