Hi,
I bought a wd element hard drive about a couple of months ago and until yesterday it was working fine. I lent it to my flatmate so he could watch a movie, but he told me his pc would not recognized it. So I took it back thinking that was something wrong with his PC, but I was shocked to find out that my pc wouldn’t recognized it as well. Can anyone out there please help?
