WD30EFRX 3TB: seen as a 800 GB hd only

Hi, as posted in the subject, my o.s. recognizes only 800 GB with a 3TB disk.

Any help will be appreciated.

what sys u use ? som motherboards dont suport 2tb+ hdd. check bios updates.
