WD1005FBYZ - 1tb - 512n or 512e?

1 or 2 TB hdd only

I need an 512n hdd and the ultrastars are on backorder.
I thought I could get the Gold drive but I’m told that they are no longer 512n but are now 512e.

There is conflicting information on the WD website. The new product brief says 512e. The part number sheets says the ultrastars and the new and old gold are all 512n.

i’ve called WD at least 3 times and each time they refer to the new product brief and don’t address the discrepencies in documentation.

Would someone be kind and run the command:
c:\windows\system32\fsutil fsinfo ntfsinfo c:
Amongst other information, it will display:
512n
Bytes Per Sector : 512
Bytes Per Physical Sector : 512

OR

512e
Bytes Per Sector : 512
Bytes Per Physical Sector : 4096
