WD TV LIVE Gen 3: Does Firmware 1.15.10 still have old style YouTube?

[fhumbert]

Hi all,

I have the WD TV LIve gen 3 streamer with firmware version 1.14.09.

I have noticed that on this version, I have 2 versions of Youtube: the old style version and the newer “leanback” version.

I would like to know whether upgrading to the latest firmware (1.15.10) will still allow me to have the old style youtube. Or in other words, could other users out there who have the latest FW confirm that both versions of youtube are still available?

Thanks

Fred

I have 1.15 and yes, both versions are available.

Which is a good thing since leanback still doesn’t support foreign characters input for search…
