WD TV Live AND WD My Cloud - Subtitle files not showing

Hello!

I’ve recently bought a WD TV Live and a WD My Cloud.
The problem is that the .srt files are not showing on the WD TV Live.
I can see them on a computer connected to the network and I can see movies using Media Player or VLC using the subtitle files, but to WD TV Live they just don’t exist…
Am I doing something wrong or is there an incompatibility between this two WD devices?

If you watch over media server instead of network share, only embedded subs will be shown.
