WD Sync Unable to connect to remote server HELP!

Hi, I have recently installed a MyCloudMirror 4tb and at the beginning all was well, but I changed my router and now I have a problem. When clicking on the configure a WD Sync storage device, I get the box to login to my account, that is ok, but when I click next I get the message ‘unable to connect to remote server’. Is there a fix for this that is simple and not full of technical jargon, easy for a simpleton like me to follow.

In this concern, it is advised to run a 4 second reset and reinstall WD Sync to restart a sync process in My Cloud Mirror device. However, you can also contact the WD Support if the issue still persists so that they will assist you on the basis of the current scenario.
