WD Support

Does WD even have support anymore? I’ve put in 2 tickets to their support over 3 weeks ago and received zero response on either of them.

Beyond frustrated as I paid for a product that miraculously stopped working because of the way they support it.

WD Support recently worked fine for me. did you speak nice to them?

Hi @scorsaro83 - Could you let me know (via PM - don’t reply here as this is a public forum) what email address (and ideally the case number as well) you used to create your case? I don’t see any cases at all under the email address associated with your community account.
