The whole point of getting the Mycloud Mirror was to be able to backup data when I move around the country.
It seems I cannot backup, when I am not on the same network, using WD Smartware.
Is there anyone who is able to help? I would be most grateful.

This is how the Smartware software is intended to work, only on your local network, but lets see if any user can suggest a 3rd party software that can do this for you.
