WD Smartware can see files but NOT accessible in File Explorer

I am trying to open the files and folders on WD drive through File Explorer, but I can see or access them.

1. I am connected to the WD MyCloud via Ethernet cable
2. the drive is not visible in File Explorer
   
   
3. Clicking the WDMyCloud only opens it in web format 192…
4. The WD Smartware does access the files
   
   

Why am I not able to access the files and folders via File Explorer?

You need to go back to WD Community and post in the correct sub-forum for your WD MY CLOUD. There will be a picture beside the correct sub-forum that looks just like your WD MY CLOUD.
