WD Security: Attach a supported WD drive

Hi there,

I’ve just installed WD Security on my Mac, running MacOS Sierra 10.12.6. For some reason the WD Security application isn’t detecting my WD Elements 2TB drive even though I’m able to read, write etc. to the drive.

Any ideas how to get WD Security to detect it? I’ve tried reinstalling and unplugging then plugging in the drive but with no success.

I see that WD security is not compatible with WD Elements drives, thus WD Security won’t see the drive.
