After rebooting, WD Quick View does not show in my Win7 system tray even though it is running. It shows up after killing the process and restarting it.
WDBackupEngine.exe continually uses 25% of my CPU. I’ve read other threads stating the same problem, but I could not find a solution posted.
I have:
WD Quick View 3.2.4.25
WD SmartWare Pro 2.4.16
WD MyCloud 1.0.7.17
I did not reinstall the software. I think something else on my computer might be interacting with the WDBackupEngine. I’m trying to figure it out. I’ll report back when I’ve made more observations.
