I’ve used wd green 1TB in my AMcrest NVR without problems about 3 years.
I’ve upgraded to a Purple WD40PURX 4TB and after using not even 2 years it failed.
Just left one month ago warranty… Very nice.
So my question. Anyone having problems with this drives?
What other drive do you recommend to use in NVR?
BTW: Current_Pending_Sector and Reallocated_Sector_Ct very high and DVR will not record anymore,
