WD PR4100 files unavailable

I sewt up my new PR 4100 yesterday and began the process of getting my files onto the drives. This morning, I can see the PR4100 on my network, but even though it says I’m connected, I can’t actually see into any of the folders. Everything looks fine, but I have no access to my files. Anyone have an idea of why this would happen and how to gain access?
