PR4100 doesn't show folders/files on remote conection

My PR4100 device doesn’t show anything when I try to connect. It just appears a message saying “No network shared folders detected”. However, all network settings on device’s control panel shows that network is connected and activated/allowed. Locally is possible to access all device’s folders and files. Anyone could help with this problem? Thanks
