Hi my WD Passport is only about a year old and was working fine until recently. It stays in the draw so hasn’t been knocked about and has been working fine. It worked a few days ago but now it is completely blank and won’t recgonise on my macbook.
Anyone got any ideas? I’m not very techno savvy!! Thanks.

check the cables for the unit and check on the disk utilities to see if it shows up.
