my brother accidentally reformat my WD ultra 1 tera and wipe out all my files. Luckily, i have backup and i want to transfer back to the external drive, But the transfer speed is too slow exp pictures. can help me? tq

For a faster transfer speed, make sure that you are connecting the passport to a USB 2.0 or 3.0 port. Also, if is a desktop computer, try using the back USB ports that are attached directly to the motherboard of the PC.
