Hello I recently bought a 1TB My Passport External Hard Drive. When I copy from my laptop to the External, the speed is normal. But then when I copy to my laptop from my external, the transfer speed is horrible like, a 100mb video file took more than 30mins to finish. Can someone help me? Did i just bought a defective product? Also, sorry if this was asked before.
