WD My Passport Essential SE portable Hard Drive 1 tera USB 3.0+USB 2.0

the transfer speed of less than 10 MB \ second with USB 2.0
With that in the past, the transfer speed of 20-25 MB \ second

I’ve scanned hard through the program HD tune pro

Hi, check if using another USB cable helps, also try connecting the passport to another PC.
