I attempted to use a My Passport 4TB drive on Desktop pc running Windows XP. It is not visible in My Computer but it is visible in device manager and in the taskbar under safely remove hardware. It blue light on the front is lit but I am unable to add files or view files that are on it. Does anyone have an idea what the issue could be. Thanks
