I have big problem with my cloud, after update the new soft led on my cloud still flashing yellow light , I try evrything , disconnect all cabel, restet (4 s, 40 s) and still the same problem , before update evrything it was OK

Have you tried to connect directly to the computer to see if the device comes up? If it does come up on the computer once its connected directly, try to setup a static IP on the unit and see if after this the unit come sup when you connect it to the router.
