WD My Cloud Remote Access with Android phone - Network Connection Failure 904

Hi,

I cannot connect to my MyBookLiveDuo from my Samsung Galaxy S4. It works through Wi-Fi at home but as soon as I disable Wi-Fi, it throws up error Network connection failure (904). 

I tried an iPhone and the error message is that the device is not online.

Remote access is enabled, on the dashboard it says that MyBook is connected and port forwarding connection is established.

Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Are you able to remotely connect using the WD My Cloud Desktop application? If so, uninstall and reinstall the app on the mobile device. If not, make sure that UPnP in your router is enable and that the port forwarding is done correctly.
