WD My Cloud Mirror doesn't upload to dropbox

Hi,
Please I need help. I just organized all my photos in my dropbox folder syncronized with my WD My Cloud Mirror but changes doesn’t upload to dropbox.
Is there any solution to this issue??
I’m very worried wasting my time organizing all my pictures once again.
