WD My Cloud EX2: entrambe i led rossi accesi

Salve ha tutti,

il mio WD My Cloud EX2 attivo da circa 3 mesi (spazio utilizzato 300mb di 4TB), da alcuni giorni ha entrambe i led rossi accesi.

Tutti i test non riportano errori e la macchina funziona regolarmente.

Che cosa devo fare ?
