Hello,

I have a new “WD My Book 4 TB”. When I use the WD SmartWare (WD_SmartWare_Installer_2.4.21.1), in the “Backup Target area of the Home Screen”, the icon of the backup target device, where I want to backup files, does not appear! Of course the external hard disc is unlocked and I can transfer files from the PC to the external hard disc!

Is it possible for someone to help me?
