WD Gold HA750 Enterprise Class HDD

Purchased this drive back in September but only just started putting things on it. Had no problems until yesterday when I was trying to upload a video to Youtube and could hear the drive having problems, after a few seconds of uploading the file the upload failed and the drive froze. I tried the file from another drive this worked perfectly fine, so I downloaded the WD dashboard.

Windows found no errors on the drive but soon as I run a short smart test inside the dashboard it come back with a error 7 which is a reading problem.

I have lost quite a bit of data from this drive I can probably find it on other drives but now knowing all the files I have lost is going to take some time. Never had one of these Gold drives before I have always purchased the RED drives not had one ever fail on me like this, this one lasted a couple of days before failing.

Should this be an RMA straight away?
