After an upgrade of my firmware to My_Cloud_LT4A_2.12.127 my WD Ex only give “Welcome to WD MyCloud Ex4” as message and that’s it.
No blue lights are blinking or lightning up.
The buttons are inoperateble.
The reset button on the back looks inoperateable to.
Waiting a few days with power still no activity.
Unplug the power for 1 day still no activity.
Does anyone knows what to do or is this the end of my WD Ex4
desperate waiting for a solution,
