Wd elements spinning down raspberry pi

Hello, I have three wd elements 1tb Hdds. connected to powered Usb hub on Raspberry pi 3.
Problem is in spinning down hdds I tryed instal Hd idle. hdds gets spinning down (no vibrating and any sounds). But indication led stay lighting not flash. Any IDE?

Have you tried to connect the drive directly to the computer and check if the issue still persist?

Yes, when i connect hdd to my pc (win 10) It work fine.
