My external hard drive WD elements 4TB spins for a bout 10secs when inserted. Then it stops. The LED still remains ON but instead of blinking like it used to, it stays still… The drive doesn’t show on the PC and I really have tons of data u need back on it… Others have suggested PCB replacement…any help?
