I need help to first understand what is wrong with my hard drive. I have plugged my hard drive in my computer. It doesn’t launch a window where I can see my files. I can see a steady light and noise inside the hard drive as if it was working but I cannot open the hard drive where my files are stored. Please can anyone help me fix my hard drive and recovery all my files. Thank you.
