I have a WD Elements 2 TB drive. It worked 100% 2days ago and then suddenly if i plug it in, Windows doesn’t pick the drive up although you can systems sees it. Funny enough is that when the drive is plugged into my smart tv, it works but when using a pc/laptop, it doesn’t work. We have tried 2 different laptops and a pc running with Win 7, Win 8.1 and Win 10. See screenshots below.
