I need Help with my WD Elements 2tb

Hi,
I Need help with my WD Elements 2tb Drive:
When I plug it in my Windows 10 PC it doesn’t show up, but makes the Sound that it’s plugged(PC) in and
vibrates and when I go in the Device Manager it does show up and says. that because of different matches it doesn’t migrate. On my Linux Mint PC and on my Windows Vista Laptop and it does show up normal and I already tried it with a different cable but it doesn’t work on my Windows 10 PC too.

You can also give a try to below DIY methods to fix the issue:

1. Reboot your system - Shut down your system, remove the power cord wait for some time & then connect the power cord & boot your system.

2. Try different PC or Laptop

3. Re-install USB drivers

4. Unplug all connected USB devices

5. Fix USB root hub
