i got WD Elements 1TB for about 3 years and this problem just came out from nowhere
i can’t see my WD on my computer or disk management or DLGDIAGbut i can see it on device manager,
and that’s not the only problem.
whenever plug the WD to usb port, all application i try to use after blink sound won’t come out no matter what application i try, but when i unplug the WD, all the application i try to open before come out.
i already try change to all usb port or different computer, i try change power cable and adaptor cable but no help
can somebody help me.
